Trade show holographic displays
Hologram displays that make your trade show booth harder to ignore.
Use holographic displays to showcase products, 3D animations, branded content and live visuals in a format designed to stand apart from conventional booth screens and signage.

The challenge
Give attendees a reason to look twice.
Trade show floors are visually crowded. A holographic display adds a different visual format: floating animated content without a conventional rectangular screen around the subject.
A crowded visual field
Printed graphics, monitors, LED walls, banners, product displays and neighboring booths all compete from the same aisle.
Familiar formats
When most booths use the same screens and backdrops, one more rarely stands out.
Products that don’t travel
Large, heavy, fragile or unfinished products are costly or impractical to bring to every show.
Seconds to make sense
Attendees often decide from the aisle whether to stop, so the subject has to read quickly.
What HOLOFAN can do
Bring the product without bringing the product.
Too large or heavy to ship
Machinery, vehicles, industrial equipment and aircraft components can be shown as 3D visuals instead of crated and shipped.
Too fragile or valuable
Medical devices, electronics and high-value products can be presented without putting the physical item on the booth floor.
Still in development
Prototypes, architecture and products not yet built can be visualized before they physically exist.
Inside and in motion
Show rotation, exploded views, internal components, assembly, features and motion, with branded transitions between them.
Key applications
How exhibitors use HOLOFAN at trade shows.
Product showcases
A holographic focal point on a counter or pedestal that presents the product from the aisle.
Oversized & hard-to-transport products
A 3D version of machinery, vehicles or equipment in the booth while the physical product stays at the factory.
Product launches
Reveal a new product in 3D at the moment you announce it.
Live demonstrations
HOLOFAN HDMI shows live content from laptops, media players and cameras during demos and presentations.
Booth centerpieces
A larger display such as HOLOFAN MAX or HOLOHUMAN™ as the main visual anchor of the booth.
Branded 3D content
Logo animations, branded loops and campaign visuals that keep your message in motion.
Recommended systems
Recommended HOLOFAN systems for trade shows.
Start with the booth, not the product: booth dimensions, aisle and viewing distance, product scale, layout and mounting all shape the format. Final recommendations consider booth drawings, audience distance and content.
HOLOFAN
Portable, app-controlled displays for counters, pedestals, standard booths, looping product and brand content and portable product showcases.
HOLOFAN HDMI
Real-time holographic display for live content from laptops, media players and cameras, for live demonstrations, externally controlled visuals and content that changes during the show.
HOLOFAN MAX
A single 59″ or 79″ holographic display for larger booths, when one standalone display with more scale suits the product.
HOLOHUMAN™
Life-size vertical presentation for presenters, branded characters, human-scale storytelling and booth welcome experiences.
Custom 3D content
Turn your product into a holographic visual.
HOLOFAN’s 3D team works from CAD files, existing 3D models, product photography, brand assets, existing video or design files. Each project moves from product file to 3D animation to hologram playback.
- 3D product animation
- Product replicas
- Exploded views
- Technical animation
- Logo animation
- Branded loops
- Character visuals
- Campaign content
Design for the aisle, not just the screen. Strong trade show content reads in seconds: product rotations and reveals, short feature demos, large simple text, high contrast and short loops. Avoid long paragraphs, tiny labels, complicated UI, long-form video and slow intros.
How deployment works
From booth plan to show floor.
Share the booth and goal
Send the event and date, booth dimensions, audience, product and objective.
Select the system
Scope display type, mounting and booth integration, and where it works hardest: front-of-booth for aisle traffic, a product zone to explain a feature, a centerpiece, elevated above the crowd or an integrated wall.
Prepare and test content
Use existing assets or create custom holographic content, then review playback, scale, brightness, content and placement before the show.
Deploy at the event
Install the approved system and launch. Planning covers the full kit (hardware, transport case, stand or mount, cover, power, cables and content) plus setup and teardown, so it can move from show to show.
Installation requirements and timing are scoped during project planning.
Proof
Real projects in this environment.
Hidden until real, client-approved projects exist.
What size hologram display is best for a trade show?
It depends on booth size, viewing distance, content and the role the display plays. As a planning starting point, a 10×10 booth often suits a single portable HOLOFAN or HDMI display; 10×20, a larger display or multiple display zones; 20×20, HOLOFAN MAX, HOLOHUMAN™ or a feature installation; and island or large custom booths, HOLOWALL™, multiple displays or HOLOHUMAN™. Final recommendations should consider booth drawings, audience distance and content.
Can I display a product that is too large to bring to the show?
Yes. This is one of the strongest uses for holographic product visualization. Machinery, vehicles, industrial equipment, architecture and other hard-to-transport products can be shown as 3D content, including rotation, exploded views and internal components.
Can HOLOFAN show my actual product as a hologram?
Yes. Products can often be recreated from CAD files, existing 3D models, product photography or other reference assets, then animated for holographic playback.
Can HOLOFAN play live demonstrations?
Yes, with HOLOFAN HDMI. It displays live content from laptops, media players and cameras, so visuals can change during a demo or presentation.
Are holographic displays visible under convention hall lighting?
Visibility depends on the display model, brightness, content, ambient light, background and viewing distance. High-contrast content matters most in bright halls. Where detailed text or presentations dominate, a conventional LED screen can work alongside the hologram.
