Exchanges & Cancellations

EXCHANGES

We are only accepting exchanges for defective products and orders that haven't been shipped yet. In the rare case that you receive a Holofan that is defective, please email us at support@holofanco.com immediately and we will send you a new replacement.

Exchanges are also accepted for orders that haven't been shipped yet. If you've received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, that means your order has been shipped and cannot be exchanged. If you would still like an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping fees and the price difference related to the exchange.

Cancellations

We are accepting cancellations if they haven't been shipped yet. If you've received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, that means your order has been shipped, and cannot be cancelled. Terms and conditions apply.
